This website is owned by Myanmar Language Center. It is aimed to support the Burmese Language. The data controller for your personal data varies depending on the nature of your interaction with the website. For example, if you download a lesson page, your name and contact information will be provided to that legal entity as identified to you during the purchase process. As another example, if you request a visit, your name and contact information will be provided to a local branch office to fulfill your request.

Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe that Myanmar Language Center has charged you in error, you must contact us within 90 days of such charge. No refunds will be given for any charges more than 90 days old. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion.
Bank Account Payment Method.
You may register an eligible bank account with your Membership account to use it as a payment method. You represent and warrant that your registered bank account is held in your name or you are authorized to register and use this bank account as a payment method.
By registering or selecting your bank account as your payment method, you authorize Myanmar Language Center to initiate one or more debits for the total amount of your purchase from your bank account, and you authorize the financial institution that holds your bank account to deduct such debits or accept such credits.
You understand that this authorization will remain in full force and effect until you remove your bank account information from your Membership account.
By registering or selecting a bank account as your payment method, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms.
Digital Goods
Through the Myanmar Language Center Web page, if you download the Digital Goods are only for your personal, noncommercial entertainment use.
You agree not to redistribute, broadcast, publicly perform or publicly display or transfer any copies of the Digital Goods.
You agree that you will not attempt to modify any Digital Goods obtained through any of the Services for any reason whatsoever, including for the purpose of disguising or changing ownership or source of the Digital Goods.
Myanmar Language Center or the owners of the Digital Goods may, from time to time, remove Digital Goods from the Services without notice.
